Travelers to the Lilies War!!!! Harkin to the glad sounds of Music and Singing. Come join the pilgrims of Our Lady Shepherdess of Calontir as our procession winds its way through the Lilies site. This is a recreation of a typical pilgrimage procession that would have been seen during the Middle Ages. Pilgrimages were one of the only legitimate reasons for most people to travel and see the world (an early version of tourism). So join the procession...musicians bring your instruments, singers be of good voice as we bring Our Lady of Calontir and her Relics to the populace.
We will have a practice in the Royal University Tent starting at 4pm. At 5 we will leave the tent and process for about an hour. We will be using Cantiga de Santa Maria no. 322 as our Pilgrimage song.
